The Squad Leader (SL) is the highest position within a squad, and are identified by a '''*''' token in front of their [[callsign]]. They are often considered the "public face" of the squad, and are responsible for the over-all management of their squad.

Squad Leaders and their assistants:
Squad Leaders do share some common responsibilities however. Along with their [[Assistant Squad Leader]]s, the Squad Leaders:
:*Plan [[squad games]] in the Officer’s Club (a private forum on the [[FAO]]).
*Plan inter-squad matches in the Officer’s Club (a private forum on the FAO).
:*Have the ability to add or remove people from the squad roster.
