Allegopedia
Welcome to Allegopedia!
Allegopedia is your quick reference for information on factions, ships, stations and equipment in Allegiance. It gives you a description of whatever item you wish to look at, how it is used, it's statistics, and any special abilities.
If you want tutorials on how to play Allegiance, please check out the learning guide.
Allegopedia is based upon the ships and stations as they function on the Community Core, which is most commonly played core on Allegiance servers.
Factions
Factions are the different 'races' that can be played in Allegiance. Some of them have been around as long as the original game, others have been developed and released by players.
Each faction page gives you a brief background of the faction, it's "global attributes", any unique ships or equipment they have, and finally some of the game-winning strategies that the faction does particularly well at. You can also access a screenshot page of that factions ships (not shown in the sidebar).
Ships
The different ships available are organised here by their size. Generally speaking, small class ships are free to fly and anyone can use them, whereas all other ships require money to purchase. As the team commander controls the money you must requisition him for funds.
Each ship page gives you a brief background of the ship and how it is used, the ship statistics, and what upgrading the ship unlocks. It then shows screenshots of each factions version of the ship, and lists any unique abilities that the faction version may have.
Ship equipment
Equipment is organised grouped into weapons, missiles, equipment, and other. Once again, you get a brief description and some statistics about the item.
Stations
Stations are divided between major stations (count towards victory conditions) and minor stations (don't count). Looking at those pages you get a description of what the station is used for, its statistics, and then pictures of the different factions and any unique qualities they have.
An index of all the stations can be found here
