The destroyer is a capital ship specialising in killing enemy fighters with long range missiles, although they are capable of taking on enemy cap ships. They are easily capable of covering an aleph, teleport, or enemy station and destroying every ship coming out.

They are equipped with a single mini-AC turret to help take out any fighters that get too close.
