The squad league is arranged by the Events Zone and is intended to be a regular annual event. Throughout the year each perticipating squad will play all the other squads twice. At the end of the competition the squad that has earned the most points will be declared the winner.
Rules
Home team (first listed) picks server and chooses which of map or settings they want to pick. In game, map is always picked before settings.
Core shall be the latest version of the Community Core (CC03 at the moment). Omicron Hive will not be allowed until rigerous real life testing has taken place. The CC team will co-ordinate with the events team to decide when OH is viable for the league. Other cores are not allowed as there have been no updates for so long. If a core is updated then the matter will be revisited.
Each team should show a minimum of 10 players. If a team shows less than 10 players by 15 minutes past games start time then it will count as a forfeit. Games will be played at Imbalance 1 unless there is an imbalance of observing cadets. If players drop from one side then the other side should also drop/basesit players to match down to a minimum of 11 players.
The league will be decided on a points basis. You will gain 3 points for a win, 1 for a loss and 0 for a forfeit. If two teams are tied at the end of the league there may be a playoff at the Events ZLs discretion.
