About the Allegiance Academy
The Allegiance Academy was a website created by TheMaster_C and Jell in June 2001 that started out with the goal of teaching newbies how to learn the game, although it contained many sections such as History, Community, Current Events, etc. In 2006 BlackViper took over management of the Academy and it underwent a major content update, focusing on the newbie training program (that was now known as Cadet).
In 2009 BV gave the go-ahead to begin shifting Academy information over to the new Allegwiki. Cadet was split off to its own section (available here) and what remains in this section is primarily reference material.
