A fanatical Race of Lizard like peoplez Ruled by a fuedal form of goverment.. 1 ruling emperor and a Vast army..((Roman Style)).... Using technology unknown to humans they cause a rogue HE3 asteroid to fall out of orbit and crash into earth(( note the opening movie of the game)) Thereby sending humanity out into space...A fragment of the earth with DNA and geologial samplez still intact and living iz sucked into a rift ((an aleph..perhapz even the same aleph from which Effix and Omnicron Hive will come from)) sendz the fragment across space and time..Back nearly a billion yearz and To the ohter side of the known universe... The fragment collidez with an already inhabitable planet but the genetic make up of earth bound life "meshez" with the planetz own biological make up causing the "birth" if You will of a sentient race..But the mix of planetary make upz causez it to be a Human-Lizard cross breed of sortz and they become the dominent creaturez of the world... An internal instict and drive to one day return across the Universe and reclaim the planet of their orgin Lies dormant inside the entire race until space travel and awareness of the universe showz them a glimpse of Earth...An unrelenting desire to trek the galaxiez and return home burnz within the entire race until they arrive at once again the same future destroying the earth and in essence fullfilling their inner drive..Because once again the fragment iz pulled into the aleph and sent shooting across space and time causing their very creation.... A paradox if you will..... Side notez about the dreg... The Dreg are about 3 meterz tall and a meter wide..Long slender but compounded muscular bodiez..Their eye sight iz poor but the speed and reflexxez are very much superior to humanz...Their appearances Vary From Slick skaled to finned spinal columnz and even Horned headz on some...They are a blood thristy race who believe in the sirvival of the fittest style of life.. Let it be known now that their beliefz are strongly opposed by that of the rixian empire and upon their interaction with the Rix a mutual hatred and Racial conflict waz arroused...
