Zone Lead FAQ
This FAQ is based upon the one that Thalgor released when he removed the Senate and implemented the Zone Lead program.
Questions and Answers
Q: How will my concerns be heard?
A: The ZLs (Zone Leads) should be contacted directly for their area of responsibility. They have full authority in their area unless it directly affects the security of either the FAO or game play.
Q:What if there is a major change suggested? How is feedback going to collected?
A: If feedback is desired by a ZL or Admin, an ASGS poll will be conducted of all of the members of the FAO.
Q: Who has final authority over the Zone Leads?
A: The administrators do. (Tigereye has final authority over the Admins.)
Q: In game issues concerning violations of the Terms of Service (ToS) or Rules of Conduct (RoC), who do I contact?
A: All enforcement issues are the responsibility of the Zone Lead for Enforcement. Either contact him directly or one of the @Alleg staff who will either forward or answer your concern.
Q: How will major enforcement issues be handled?
A: As they have been for some time. The ZL for enforcement will apply the proper ban times. In the case of a major or lifetime ban, those actions will be made public by a simple post explaining who, what, where and why. Major or lifetime bans will be discussed amongst the admins prior to enactment of. Normally most medium level or higher issues are discussed within the @Alleg group for feedback.
Q: Who do I contact concerning forum enforcement issues?
A: The ZL of Enforcement. The administrators will also act upon issues within the forums as required.
Q: What if I have a Major Issue with a ZL that needs to be addressed?
A: If you feel you need assistance in your issue contact your squad leader if you are a member of a squad. They will assist you with taking the matter up with one of the Admins.
Q: What if I am not a member of a squad and have an issue with a ZL?
A: You may approach one of the senior members of @Alleg to assist you.
Q: I want to form a squad, what are the requirements?
A: Consult the creating a squad page.
Who do I contact for?
There exists an administrative request forum that all ZLs, assistants and Squad leaders have access to. All administrative requests are posted in there. To expedite and ensure proper handling of all requests, they have been channeled through that forum for the past several months.

Other Issues
If you have an issue that falls under any of the above categories, post in the appropriate Forum Zone, or contact the appropriate Zone Leader. Almost all issues are handled by these ZLs and their staff, so contact them first.
The few exceptions to this are listed below:
- Formation of a new squad: Tigereye
- Addition of a new server to the community lobby: Tigereye
- Submission of AutoUpdate content: Tigereye

These questions that formed part of the original FAQ are no longer relevant and are merely kept here for archive purposes.
Q: What will happen to the Senators?
A: They will no longer have the title and token associated as a Senator. (note: Most of the Senators also are members of the @Alleg group and will continue to serve there.) \
Q: What is going to happen to the proposed constitution changes?
A: They will be discarded.
Q: What is changing from how the FAO is currently administered and run?
A: The middleman is now cut out. You will deal directly with the proper ZL or Admin. You will find a much faster response time. Other than that, nothing.
Q: How will the ZLs and Admins work together on issues?
A: The Admins and some of the ZLs have worked behind the scenes in their own forums for quite some time. There they discuss current issues and come to an agreement on how to handle it. This process will continue and merely become "official".
