DrStrnglv created a core that is mostly seen as an aside. Perhaps following in Bacon's footsteps, he included the idea that Mk3 level tech was not enough, and allowed for technology to go up to Mk5 (two levels of technology higher makes for brutal ships/weapons). Along with other balance changes, RPS may be seen as a simple side mod, but it remains the one with the most detailed documentation.
