This problem can occur for a few reasons.
The most common reason is your email service classifying the Activation Email as junk mail.
Check your junk mail folder for the email
The next most common reason is internet delay. Sometimes emails take longer to get routed through the internet than others. If you haven't already, wait about 5 minutes for it to be received.
The third possibility may be a typo. You might have mistyped your email address in the signup form. The Activation Email was sent to an invalid address, and did not reach you. You can solve this by having ASGS resend your activation email:
- Click here to open the ASGS Account Management page.
- Type the Callsign and Password you tried to create, and click the Login button
- Enter a new email address in the Change Email Address box on the right side
- Click Submit
Providing you typed it correctly this time, the Activation Email should now be on its way.
