Didn't recieve activation email

Some information within this article is either obsolete, hasn't been updated in a long time, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

This problem can occur for a few reasons:

  • Junk mail. Your email service might have marked the Activation Email as junk mail:
    Check your junk mail folder for the email. The activation email should come from ASGS@alleg.net and the subject should contain the "Welcome" word.
  • Delays. Sometimes, emails take longer to get routed through the internet than usual.
    If you haven't already, wait about 5 minutes for it to be received.
  • Typo. You might have mistyped your email address in the signup form. The Activation Email was sent to an invalid address, and did not reach you.
    1. Go to the ASGS Account Management page.
    2. Type the Callsign and Password you tried to create, and click the Login button
    3. Enter a new email address in the Change Email Address box on the right side
    4. Click Submit
    5. Providing you typed it correctly this time, the Activation Email should now be on its way.
