1- We weren't able to get decent size games for Alleg Nationals and the players in the league were complaining, the common suggestion was to close it down.

Thinking of an idea and need to know if something in the cloak slot reduce a ships scan while in use? Or in the shield slot?

It preferably would also be tied into a cloak being used, though that's not mandatory.

Failing that is there any piece of equipement that when mounted reduces scan range?

Q: Should shipyard / drydock have the hull/shields/scan of garr/starbase or should it remain as is like exp/tac/sup, or inbetween?

Currently;

Garrison; Hull- 20,000. Shield- 10,000. Scan- 3,600. Cost- $20,000.
Starbase; Hull- 25,000. Shield- 15,000. Scan- 4,500. Cost- $20,000.
