Devs should always be reaching out for feedback from the community, but probably focus on the peeps giving constructive feedback as opposed to asanine “x should be y” input with ...

QUOTE (Radulfr @ Jan 29 2018, 09:23 AM) Yep, I'm responsible for at least one new client crash. Fix on GitHub, sorry. It's rather hard to trigger though, which is why I missed it in beta.

That sounds bad, can you reproduce it? and how? What faction, what ship, how did you rip and so on ...

QUOTE ( Saudade @ Jan 28 2018, 02:04 PM) this game ultimately belongs to the community

This game belongs to Microsoft. And MIT license allows anyone to take it and do w/e they want with it. Servers belong to specific different people who are free to set whichever rules they like. Community does ...

QUOTE (phoenix1 @ Jan 9 2018, 04:40 AM) ...
I mean, the mini2 that was 2k away from the int pilot as he was going... well I'm not entirely sure where he was going, but that mini2 is obviously not helpful when you're flying expansion, so $#@! that noise. But good god damn if he didn't see a SEISMIC ...

QUOTE (Deathrender @ Mar 15 2015, 06:23 PM) Alleg 2 is a contingency plan IMO. It's happening whether we do this or not. I don't see why we can't work towards this goal while that happens. Xj is very adamant about not having anyone help him on this if they're not a dev.

I am not adamant about ...

As so many of you "enjoyed" my "rocky" map before, I thought I would come up with something novel again (sorry).

The key element of the map is the highway system that is directed anti-clockwise and highlighted with blue connections. The red sectors are your bog-standard sectors, while the green ...

QUOTE (Archangelus @ Jul 30 2014, 07:51 PM) You are implying that ng sbs, should be as easy to use as regular sbs?

If that happens I will happly sit and watch all the complaints that we had back on with bios sup over DN.

Ng are harder for a reason, and you are forgeting that they can be used to ...

Archy the issue is that if you can pull off enough teamwork to make ng happen, you have enough teamwork to steamroll the other team with just pure sbs (without needing to cap bases).

Rixo, good analysis, I was not imagining a single ng sb in this case, but multiple, the missiles can also be fired ...
