What is GC?

GC stands for Game Controller. It is the player who selects all of the game settings and chooses when to start the game. They can also lobby ban people.

The Game Controller is also the Commander for one of the teams.

How do I become GC?

Normally GC is passed along between players when Commanders swap. Sometimes, if the Commander drops, then both the Commanding position and GC will fall upon his second in command (the player who is the first one below the Commander who has set their wing to 'Command').

If you join an empty server, GC will be granted to the first player to join a team.

Other

Going AFK with GC means that no one on the entire server can play, because you are the only one who can press 'Start Game'. If this happens you will likely be given a 0min ban from an admin to force you out of the position temporarily.
