Q. Is there a way to specify the exact location of everything in a map ( starting bases, rocks, tech rocks and alephs) so that none of it is randomized?
A. Yes. Any bases or rocks you add won't move from where you specify. It is not possible to do so with alephs (verify) but the code is done so they stay in fairly much the same area of the sector as where you specify.

Q. When I enlarge the minimap past a certain point a red box appears. What does this mean?
A. Placeholder.
