Interceptor signature
I never understood why figs had higher signature than a base. I think lowering them would be nice. Also upping the ints base sig to 100 would be good. Any more and you would be interfereing with htt runs

Boosting int, booster1, sig 1: 250%
Boosting enh fig, booster2, shields and missiles down: 250%
I'm not sure what that implies, it's just interesting.
I wouldn't be opposed to a sig increase for ints, but I'm not entirely sure about it. I definitely don't think we should double the sig as Gui is suggesting. Maybe 100, or even 90 to start with.

Excacly. Isn't that the basic idea behind the Community Core project.Xeretov wrote:QUOTE (Xeretov @ Feb 17 2009, 02:29 AM) I'd rather see this implemented in small steps: Increase the int sig to 125% base, see how it fares and go from there, rather than make gigantic changes.

I said this 6 months ago.
Base sig should be 100%, like an unshielded fig etc

Let's not go crazy here, 100% signature would be fine, any more then that would probably be a bit much for a first step. Any higher and everyone will just scream about how it's broken and demand it come back down to 75%
edit: scaling the signature would be somewhat advisable, in my opinion.
i.e. 110% lt, 100% regular, 90% hvy

Ints were not designed to be able to kill anything anywhere at any time. It's supposed to be two of the three - Kill anything anywhere, but not at anytime. Or kill anywhere at anytime, but not anything. Or kill anything at anytime, but not everywhereCronoDroid wrote:QUOTE (CronoDroid @ Feb 17 2009, 05:35 PM) Either way, I don't think ints need a change. They're meant to be good at killing things after all!
Fighters, on the other hand, were meant to be more of 'kill almost anything at almost everywhere at almost every time'
