some of them are not 100% utilitarian, but they add "spice" to the game.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.

Just a warning, autoupdate will at times overwrite sounddef.mdl. This will break your new quickchat.mdl since the new sound files will no longer be defined. Unless your sound files are officially added to sounddef.mdl and put on auto update, people using these chats will need to keep a backup of the new sounddef.mdl or download a new copy to stick back in their artwork folders.

Contact NOIR I believe he ran the VC pack that my friend's & I made thru a filter to give it a "radio brocast" sound which made it sound much better.
