sexyness is important in allegiance but not the most important.

Our clan's History:
The year was 2001 and the RED PHOENIX CLAN rose from the ashes of ESJGS to become the most powerful clan in the Elite Force Demo Area (1.1). After pounding the once all powerful WIZ clan in a series of clan wars it was apparent to all that RED PHOENIX was indeed ready to spread her wings in the Full Version (1.2).

The Founding members of RED PHOENIX were STAR69, APACHE, SWISSGUARD, and KING.

All of whom believed that Elite Force was more than just a game in itself, but an avenue in which to enjoy each others friendship.

Brotherhood, Honor, Loyalty, and Etiquette are still the trademarks of our powerful clan. We are one of the few clans who do not recruit solely on playing ability. It is our belief that a new player who has limited skills, but possesses these attributes can be a valuable asset to our organization. We can turn any dedicated player into an Elite Force Master.

The Red Phoenix Clan has gone worldwide. We have players from 18 different countries and five continents. Our members range from College Students to Heads of State. We at RED PHOENIX gladly help our brothers in the real world as well. Securing positions for our younger brothers in the top universities in the nation ensures that their futures and the future of the RED PHOENIX are secure.

“An RP above any other” is our victory cry! Our strength lies in our belief and commitment to each other. As time marches on our brothers do move on to other avenues in their lives, but they are always remembered with honor and take with them the -=>RP<=- symbol that will protect them for life.

“All for one and one for all no RP shall ever fall.”

A bit of modification and there you have a nice guideline for iron coalition, the belters and technoflux.. even though the name of Rescue Probe may vary that's what they really are.

Nice to see what looks like a serious group join our community =)

Hagman:

I wish you the best of luck in extending your clan to Allegiance. I was once in your shoes a little over a year ago when I brought back Steel Fury (@SF). It took me about 3 months from start to finish to get enough people together for the roster (...and that's with 8 or so members from the "Old Guard" joining back up). Your best bet for recruitment is to either get members of your clan from other games to join up or try to recruit some of the newer Allegiance players.

Pretty much everyone who wants to be in a squadron is in a squadron and it's very hard to find "fresh meat". Trust me on this as I had availability problems for a long time even after being officially recognized. It was too hard to turn out enough players to play matches especially when all the other squadrons are twice your size. Occasionally, we still have this problem, but it's now mainly due with people going on leave due to work, school, etc. I have 32 pilots on our roster with 24 active. On a good day, we can turn out about 12 pilots. The rule of thumb is to expect a 35-50% turnout rate for matches.

Allegiance squadrons are vastly different than their counterparts in Quake, Counter-Strike, Unreal, Battlefield 2, etc. A player can figure out one of those games in a matter of days and become a somewhat decent player within a few weeks. In Allegiance, it takes 3-4 months just to nail down the basics. The learning curve in this game is so high that we have a special training academy setup to help shorten the learning process. How many games you know have a learning curve of a 3-4 months? /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

Again, I hope you succeed in your endeavor. It will not be easy and sometimes you'll want to tear your hair out, but it's all very worthwhile if you are able to pull it off. Please feel free to send me a PM if you wish to discuss anything as I've done everything you're about to do. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

I have no hair. My hockey team shaved our heads for a tournament last weekend before christmas. We eont them all but the trophys were tiny. not really worth the 500 dollar entrance fee. We are the best in the league now 10 wins and 1 loss. we only lost one because that was the game that half our team was away for thanksgiving.
