I too would like to see long bans and the reasons as to why they were administered, vs neverending afk with comm.
Unless I'm mistaken, there's no senate anymore or anything like that to allow for the general community to have influence over bans and their durations.
As BV demonstrated with me time and time again, people get banned and unbanned as he and the rest of the enforcement team see fit.
If people choose to create drama about bans given, it has no influence over the ban in question or its duration.
Any time dedicated to that drama by BV or the enforcement team, is their own fault for wasting time with something that has no weight anyway.

So we should have a longer and better banlist, for the lulz. Plus, "Allegiance - We know Drama!"
There's a new sheriff in town.
