None of those things are a big deal considering, hey, without a miniAC front gun they're really not that great in the first place, and you're spending 40k to buy them in the first place, and all you'd get in that situation is being able to deploy free SR scouts - and it's not like they're super low sig and hard to find, either. They're 100 sig. That's really not a big deal to flush out and take down, and if a team is struggling against a Rix team that has hvy scouts in that scenario - that also has adv figs/galvs - rix has mined a ton at that point, and just about anything they do with that money will probably lead them to win.
