(from here)
Welcome to the Helpline Forum
There's a big bolded sticky right at the top of this forum that answers common questions.

In that sticky, it tells you to visit the Technical Support Section of the wiki for tips on solving common problems. Have you read that?

In that article, there is a section on Problems with Connectivity. Have you read this section?

It suggests some things you can try to solve your problem, such as this article on how to fix "Connectivity Failure" messages. Have you read that?

Please re-read this post - I know you're already at the end of it. Re-read it and take it one step at a time.

My "" was a response to your ""
...I figured it would bring balance to the universe if I put the same level of detail in my response as you did in your request for help.

but then you edited "" to include actual words, so I had to follow suit :P

Respond to my edited response to your edited post and we can take it from there.

Your router?
I am beginning to see the problem: you have not read the links I posted twice for you.

Please re-read my post.
One line at a time.

Follow the links
Read them.
One line at a time.

The most important article to read is the one titled "How do I fix 'Connectivity Failure'" (I know - we name our articles with confusing titles around here. Sorry.)
This article may assist you in fixing the "Connectivity Failure" error you are receiving.
It will only help if you read it though...
