I do not advance desinstaled directX allegiance and net framework and later inslated everything of new and the problem continues

He says problem still continues after reinstalling allegiance, net framework and directx 9.0 in his language.

I find that this does not have to see with my problem therefore before I played normal with the same configurations in my computer without having problem

Ooo, you used to play before? When you uninstall Allegiance, make sure you remove any files left in the directory before you reinstall.

Assuming não sei means don't know, please run dxdiag (Start -> Run -> dxdiag) and find out what video card you have. You might have a SiS card which might be an issue.

Also, could you post the VideoSettings.log and DeviceCreation.log files here?

I am certain that the problem is not the video plate therefore as I said the game before I functioned with the same configurations of now, no configuration was modified

But the Allegiance Client has changed with a new Release of R5.

It may be the new Client does not like your Video Card

No it may be fixed, and people are working on it.

The best way to find out will be to post the contents of the following logs from your allegiance folder up here.
VideoSettings.log
DeviceCreation.log

And post the make and model of your video card too.
