I find that this does not have to see with my problem therefore before I played normal with the same configurations in my computer without having problem
Ooo, you used to play before? When you uninstall Allegiance, make sure you remove any files left in the directory before you reinstall.
Assuming não sei means don't know, please run dxdiag (Start -> Run -> dxdiag) and find out what video card you have. You might have a SiS card which might be an issue.
Also, could you post the VideoSettings.log and DeviceCreation.log files here?

But the Allegiance Client has changed with a new Release of R5.trex wrote:QUOTE (trex @ Dec 15 2009, 03:27 PM) I am certain that the problem is not the video plate therefore as I said the game before I functioned with the same configurations of now, no configuration was modified
It may be the new Client does not like your Video Card
No it may be fixed, and people are working on it.trex wrote:QUOTE (trex @ Dec 15 2009, 07:49 PM) if really will be this I never more will be able to play =( ??
The best way to find out will be to post the contents of the following logs from your allegiance folder up here.
VideoSettings.log
DeviceCreation.log
And post the make and model of your video card too.
