And no where in all my conversations with Noir, nowhere on this board, does Noir show a copyright.
Except I never uploaded the images, just the text and linked the images from a remote website. I'm talking about the images.

(This is hypothetical here, you guys can steal whatever images you want from me /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />)

I'm guessing that you still own the copyright to those images and FAO would offer to take them down if you asked them to. You may also have a case against the person who uploaded them at FAO. Of course it wouldn't be worth while taking this to actual lawyers unless things got really out of hand.

As for Noir and Phoenix, I assume he has a special arrangement with the model owner as the standard arrangement mentions something about the models not being in a decodable format (I read that site with interest because if he can make money out of modelling then... /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> ) and the model is easily extractable from the mdl file.

Arguably the whole lot belongs to MS anyway. Certainly Thal has a claim to the rights for everything people say on the forums and in game which gives me the perfect opportunity to reuse

if someone says remove something from your sig, we do so because of respect
if someone says please remove somethnig i said, we do because of respect.
Except I do believe that GV requested/demanded that his material donated to CDT be removed before threatening any legal action. I see no reason that the same consideration core developers give each other shouldn't apply to him as well.

Secondly, many people still don't know exactly what posts are the source of many of these bans. Now there is a senate vote on the validity and/or duration of these bans, but how can senators vote for their squads if their squad members can't find out what exactly the problem is?
No, pants are still optional. But for you, recommended.

In most cases, the posts were just the last straw, and the bans were for a long history of abuse and general bull@#(!.

Ahh of course, how could I forget the "straw that broke the camel's back" clause of the ToS.

QUOTE some stuff from the early chaptors of starship troopers.[/quote]

Dont remember it exactly, something about rasing dogs, and juvinial delinquents(sp) seems valid though.
Have the persons in question been banned for this kind of behavure beofre? Had they been warned that continueing would leed to a more perminant solution? This is the kind of thing I'd be asking, if I had a vote, or could influence some one who does.

I dont have the history to know, I keep vanishing for a month or 2, and then shoing up again on a faster connection.
Mad? Oh yes, quite mad.

Vader shot the nans first.
