So, my account has been disabled eh? Interesting. It is especially interesting considering all I have done is make a stand against admins yanking posts and booting people for saying things like "Im going out for a smoke. brb."

Hell, Jimmy has been caught cheating in this game and he got less than me.

So, I suppose telling the admins they are over the line is just as bad as Guns crashing servers then or Black modifying code and sending death threats to people?

A very nice way to treat someone who has always stuck by this game and for the most part stuck by the admins in what they do. I even PM'ed BV when he took over and told him if there was anything I could do to help let me know. I sincerly meant that. It was only with the ridiculous crack down and bannings of absolute crap that I have done what I have done.

Still, my attacks are not bad at all. They also have much logic behind them. I back up my comparisons with reason. Your banning all of us who decided that what you have done wasnt right is just another sad note in allegiance and it is really quite pathetic. Enjoy your facist regime. And yes, I say facist with full knowledge of what it is. These kinds of crackdowns and vigilante bannings are against everything I am against as a Jew.

Uh huh. I have been doing the same thing for a long time BV. Fact is though I rarely abuse people in game. I teach people. I have provided more help to this game than most people. I have been involved and helping this community way before Dengaroth and company ever knew there was an Allegiance.

I will accept a day or a week ban for my actions. Oh wait, I was banned 24 hours for the heroin comment already.

I stand by my posts. I also maintain a permaban is ridiculous. You have known me a long time and so have most others. I have SUPPORTED the admins for a long time as well. I only speak when I see an injustice, which in this case was Psychosis being treated very unfairly. If you want to give me a couple days ban because I said I subscribe to Lobstah Ghostboy Quarterly and you really feel that is a horrible personal attack (which it isnt) then fine. I will not take being permabanned for standing up to the admins when I see an unjustice.

Further, I also know getting a permaban is something handled by the Senate and also the accused gets to have his case reviewed and he gets to speak to the senate. Like I said, Jimmy has cheated... CHEATED in this game and not been permabanned. All I have done is stand up to the admins IN THE FORUM.

Oh, and yes I booted a newb last night but I have plenty of witnesses he was disrupting the game.

Fact is I have done far more good for this game than I have ever done negative and all this does is prove my point of what I have said regarding Gestapo and facism and all that. We used to have due process around here, especially before a permaban. If you want to know what will kill this community it is not me pointing out injustices or saying I Subscribe to lobstah ghostboy quarterly or saying I was going to celebrate my dogfight win over ImmortalZ by injecting heroin into my ass. It is because you will chase away the strong people who have taken the burden of this game on their shoulders when it was dying and have instead coddled to people who will leave at the first sign of something wrong or because OMGZ YOU CAN DRIVEZ A MECH IN BF!!! LOLOLOLOL.

That is what will kill Allegiance.

Yeah, if Kummy was actually permabanned, I'd at least expect to see it in the banlist.

And although I've tried to keep my cool about this whole fiasco, I would be sorely tempted to channel all my frustrations into moaning over little bookkeeping details like making sure all the names are on the banlist.

<EDIT> I've just been informed permabans don't show up in the banlist, if this is true, I would appreciate knowing why? It seems to me that things of such magnitude should be public knowledge so as to better instruct the public on the consequences of thier actions. I think I'll make a motion to my senator.

I actually suggest, that he gets access to the senate hearing forum, where he can stand for trial. See my senate post about some of the perma bans.
