I think this would be a nice idea too.
Only have it apply to adv or hvy scouts.
Would it be a code change to make the relay lead indicator be tied to a piece of tech? It would be interesting for balance if the scout had to have something mounted in a slot for this to work correctly.

People didn't want lead indicator for TF and now you say it's given to every faction???? LoL...i mean...LoL!! Even if they're attached to adv or hvy scouts....you already have a carrier to relay lead indicator for example....
What that will make is everyone with lead indicators and then people will start complaining about they pod them too often and then they will propose to nerf adv figs, or nerf ints, or another stupid thing....

It wouldn't be tying Ints lead indicators to scouts, it would just be adv/heavy scouts relaying lead indicators just like a carrier does.
I think its silly to do it for all factions, but im thinking that maybe its not so good for TF actually because it will just make them harder to use without the adv/heavy scouts and it will almost become a forced descision to upgrade the scouts.
Remove the targeting leads and perk rate of fire, TF will lose accuracy but make up for it in sheer number of particles flying out thus still making them deadly but requiring pilots to aim.

Perking RoF will be a significant perk to the already over-powered TF ints. Up close and personal, aim is not such an issue.

Huh? So you want to remove the lead indicators, but you don't want to have scouts relay lead indicators because it'd be too hard to use the ints without a scout nearby?
