It's not like all our non-asian players have flawless english. Allegiance level english is fairly easy, and I'm sure and person who will get into the game will pick up enough.

Totally non english speaking person won't make heads or tails of Allegiance anyway.

Yes, sadly.

Gamearea may be willing to host allegiance, but that really just depends on how well we can persuade them to.

It is worth noting that they will host fairly infrequently played games.

I'm just worried about the notion croc brings up about the haxors.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.

Yeah - I don't do facebook - forum is easier.

I will make a call to NetWar.com.au today and ask a few tech questions/prices etc and let people know. Answers to general questions likely to be much the same for most game providers. (eg: Would you host, how much etc)

By sheer co-incidence I just found that the Alleg set up file requested are rerouted by akamai (background web company, handles http requests... don't ask) to point to http://www.3fl.net.au/downloads/index.php?...e&dlid=1181 in Melbourne. I'll contact them as well.

I have talked with them a few times (3FL). They recently added allegiance setup to their servers. (They are Afflaited with my ISP). The 3FL mirror is a recent addition to 3FL's kindness. (Allegiance was hosted via request).

The more people who contact them about it however the better!

Support@3FL.net.au (Anything to do with their network)



+ Good server speeds (my experiance)
+ No advertising to specific servers (No haxors, unless they actually look up allegiance)
+ Excellet Customor Service (my experiance)
+ Extremely Friendly


Edit: check out 3Fl's downloads, there are heaps of free games scattered about, even Area 51 (an old 2005 game)
