ASGS Authentication Failure.

That is exactly whtat Im doing. The error message is boggas. I have downloaded the most recent copy of the ASGS client and I clicked of update/repair and then launched allegiance buy logging on to an account that my son had that is still valid. I think my old accont may not be active so I will have to contact someone to get it up and running again. But the bottom line is the ASGS fails to Aluthenticatie evem though its being used properly.

I'm using my son's callsign "koren". He is the one that downloaded the setup file so he is the one that logged on with his callsign. That callsign was linked to captainpod(mine) years ago and was accepted and emailed an activation when he used it. I have yet to try to activate the captainpod callsign. Do u think it will make a differance since it was the first callsign? Also I am not getting what Grimm is asking. I have posted what Im seeing on the screen after I have launched allegiance from ASGS. This does not fail. When Im in allegiance with the proper splash screen of R4 and push the big logon button to the lobby. Thats when A dialog pops and says I did not use ASGS when in fact I did. And I posted what the dialog box said. "ASGS Authentication Failure. Please Restart The Game Using ASGS" And the only button of choice here is "OK"
