Nobody wants to mount IB more than himself. In fact if he discovered human cloning he'd make a clone and make him really submissive and mount him all day.

Probably while playing Allegiance at the same time.

It's difficult to tell, but if you read the previous comic you know that both stick figures are the same girl.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
