not quite starbase tech

We galved the last U rock on the Drizzo (grav later) vs Spidey game on Sunday before SGs. Granted we were rix and we had like 20 people galving it but it didn't took more than 2mins.

Getting back on topic, I think the garrison tech is fine except that nan 2 can't be researched in the garrison, it has to be done in starbase (right?). I'm assuming this is because there is no nan 3 therefore the highest level is in the starbase. Maybe we could reduce the effectiveness of nan 2 and make it available in the garrison and have a nan 3 in the starbase?

I personally think seismics should remain in starbase rather than the garrison. They can be too useful to be able to purchase early in the game.

You mean be moved to Starbase as they are currently in Tac(Adv)

Hmmmm... I always thought they could be purchased in the starbase. Not sure why you would put it in adv tac only and not the other tech paths. I mean, I can think of some off the wall reasons but nothing that screams "hey dumbass lookie here!"
