At SF vs. PK the knigts did a brilliant check mate with their op placement, so the game ended up a bit one sided. Not totally though, and we did get a feel for the new GoD version.
Personally I quite liked it. Much closer to the Allegiance I remember from 2000 than DN. Int's are still powerful, but they need probes and scouts on offensive tasks since they are almost literally blind. Me like.
I wouldn't mind playing more SG's on this core... even though I did miss the icons of DN.
SysX vs SRM
i missed that game but by the sound of it... it takes a long time to get tech etc and miners are important etc
only prob i have is the amount of time it takes.. some people really dont have the time to play 50 mins just to get hvy ints and htt let alone the rest trying to finish with it... just my opinion
this may also may make bombing a ways to finish it fast ie making the core a bomb and win game which will get boring
eventually

Thank you. That was the idea behind raising the prizes instead of lowering them. Now I gotta think about IC though. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />Adept wrote:QUOTE (Adept @ Mar 5 2008, 09:01 PM) ImmZ does have a point though. The slower speed to up tech is an asset and not a flaw. I look forward to more SG's on GoD.
