Its my experience that coaches are harder are their players during practice.

True. However people who have been around for not even two years come in win some "big games" and think they are now god's gift to commanding with their new and improved "style" and think that they are more knowledgeable than everyone else whose been at it for far longer and have commanded more games than kills they have.
