Wow where to start...2 of the dumbest:

- Buying a HTT to recap our last tech base.

- My first game, nanning the enemy miner because I read somewhere "always nan miners."

Just today...

launched to bomb and enemy OP. Went solo, ripped to a tp we had in an adjacent sector. The OP was right on the other side of the aleph. A nice easy run.

We had a con pushing into a tech base sector of theirs. This was all suppose to happen nicely all at once.

I am uneyed, psyched! Before I enter the enemy sector, right at the aleph, I try to arm missles and shields. It says my cargo is full. I pop thru the aleph and am like....full?!

I start flying at the base and hit F4....I see SRM missles and small shield...I am like...wtf?!

I was in a scout...

DOAH!!!

thank god Freeza bombed it shortly after with me nanning.

We all have those games where a big dope slap is necessary. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

just today: was pushed to comm a small game when that big Avenger vs. BoG game happend and appearently he won't accept anyone below vet 1.

I went giga, map was hilo, camertyu comm'ed IC against me. I had 2 #'s under me, with me giving them every waypoint to scout for aleph. I got my opening con out, and sent the tp to build at home, op high mid-high a sector from their home, ref low. Meanwhile I had a miner launching at the same time.

So I gave the cons what I thought was the planned building orders. This somenewbie(0) started ordering my cons around. I flipped back to F3 and click to tell them build again. Only then I relized I almost built:

--the ref at home, at the closest rock I can find that's facing the green door.
--The TP one sector away from their home
--The OP low, right next to my home aleph

So thankfully to that newbie, I corrected in time /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

Oh and another one today:

I was playing for yellow, we went GT tac because of lack of EXP rock. map was IO and miners were one sector away from our op. I grabbed a sf, armed myself with utl cannon and hunter, missle and shield down and went miner hunting. I popped into the sector and saw no miners. I decided to go check every he3 rock. Froggy popped up behind me in a sf, and I somehow managed to yell at the team "They have a Tac!!!" /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

Another game yesterday, we were rix, I saw seeker 2 floating somewhere and nobody went to get it. So i went 'wtf' and went to get it. Just then I had 4 vets pm me saying we are rix :( totally acting like a newb

Don't feel bad Ang. I used to do that 5 times a week. Now that I'm about to graduate, I've gotten better. I only do it about 3 times a week. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /ninja.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ninja:" border="0" alt="ninja.gif" />

I remember a lot of games where comms were extemely mad at their inability to boot people /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> .
mcwarren wouldn't have booted me anyways. right mcwarren? /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

you'd rather leave it for the enemy to pick it up?

(if it was "treasure", not ejected cargo)

if i´m on a scout on tf/rix and find some missile tech or something i can´t use (specially against belts) i pick it up and drop it vectoring to a rock to make them dissapear.<

today i was driving a bomber on a small game, had grav and random-voob in my turrets and i undocked with 8 missiles to kill a dreg garr. i spent two in a ref and got stranded near their home. i was too embarased to ask for people to bring missiles. after that, i started backtraking, just to see two of my nans get killed. all this while grav yelled at me!! YOU ARE CLUELESS!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING! YOU JUST LET THE NANS DIE! WHERE ARE YOU GOING!?!?!

yes, yes, i´m not very proud...

EDIT: forgot to say we had no home tp, and i undocked to kill an op, but eventually ripped to a forward tele (our opening giga con)

Aye, I am not and never will be free of mistakes and when I am getting mad at someone its usually just in the heat of the moment. Our nans could have stayed in turret range them self and I spend more time yelling then actually gunning.. Lucky Kage did all the bombing for us.

But to make up for it here's one of my little story's:

When I was a (3) or something I discovered ramming bombers is a cool thing that many pilots will appreciate. So there is that Hvy BBr a few k away from an aleph. I just launched from base with my Hvy Scout coming to nan it. I have no clue what exactly they are talking about in chat. In any case I try to be a helpful newbie and get my Hvy Scout on top speed heading straight for the Bomber.

Someone says "Go Go Go!" - I am like: $#@!! The run is going.. now you better don't screw up that ram..

Indeed its becoming a really nice ram. Just 15 seconds later the chat is swamped with insults and curses by the bomber pilot and his screaming crew. It was Ozzy and I pushed him full speed into his own res3. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

I myself was able to turn and run away after realizing my mistake and could watch a desperate bomber trying to turn while getting sucked into the first aleph res animation I saw in Allegiance. Of course I picked them up afterwards and felt terrible sorry. In the end we won the game and I learned about aleph res and thats its not always cool to ram a bomber..

Getting so mad and posting a huge log of me and Defiance yelling abuse at a player, getting my ass banned for a few days.

Muwahahahaha.
