What's the biggest screwup you've made?

I just want to hear some screwups so I don't feel so bad when I pull off a total boner.

Last big one I had was in a wierd game.. commander is down in tech, and pushes a SY into the enemy EXP sector with the intention of camping it up with a few corvs, and then bombing.

I grab one of the corvs, and forget to bring ammo.

needless to say, we lost.

I went to bomb a tac, and loaded a rack of hunters to fire at any sfs who happen to be generally in front of me.

I never needed them, so I got to the base and started firing.

WTF! No damage!

Wait...

AAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH!

I managed to shoot 4 hunters and 3 abs at the base before we went down.

I lost my bomber privileges for a week.

Umm...

Rammed Saxy away from the green door at ~100m. It was a perfect run.

:(

I still remember punching the ADSL modem clear across the room and screaming in agony (it disconnected the second I boosted for a RAM - my course correction never reached the server.)

My greatest mistake so far comes from my lag

Start run at enemy op.
Go through sector, aim at the side of the op where there is an aleph.
Attack the op, dump 4 AB into it.
Realize that I am lagging and just jumped 4k+
Go through the aleph and end up in another sector along with a very confused and angry bomb run.

Ripping my bomber with vet gunners to an Ass Ship in evasive maneuvers.
That was painful.
