Give dreg fighters instead of ints for starting ship

Ok, so nerf TF and GT hull, and perk rix pw dmg 10%, whatever I don't really care aside from the rix part.

...which i guess would put their PW at 30% too... well that works too!

Ya know I have often fiddled with the Idea of Giving Dreg Figz to start instead of lt Intz..But I regress to the original COnversation I had with Spliff when we made Dreg... He Said figz too.. My arguement waz this at the time.... IC iz the only faction with Lt Intz to start..Everyone else haz Figz or just scoutz .. Dreg waz suppose to be a sort of counter balance to IC.. A mix if IC and Giga if U will...SO I say leave the Damn LT Int kuzz veggy said soo (( and Because I luv to play my factionz and we all know what My fav thing to fly iz)) Besidez..I think itz just that no ine iz using the LT intz the way they should... 1 on 1 any LT int should take out a basic fig....(( and for the record Z waz suppose to start with Lt SFS (which didnt work out on TF sigh) But the more I ponder it.. Would it really be to imblalnced if Z ztarted out with all Basic shipz aka Lt Int LT SF and basic Fig.. Noodle this one Noir I really like the idea and It fitz the Factionz Space Pirate Profile))
