For those requesting more noob friendliness have you considered that the current attitude towards noobs acts as a filter against personality types that we don't want in the community? I've yet so see any real griefers, pretty much everyone can take a joke, pretty much everyone can take a real meant ...

What about youtube to host the videos? The quality is usually pretty crummy but I don't think people need to see the finer details of the graphics to get the point in a training video.
