I think if alleg ever got to the point where there were 50+ people on each side for any given game, wings might become useful. However, it really isnt that hard to micromanage 20-30 pilots (assuming they listen to you, but thats a different topic), especially with TS.

Maybe use TEs idea about the memory chip thingy, but instead of it being transfered back, it has rockets and it flies back to base or to another player.

Everything being discussed here sounds rather interesting. I think Im going to head down to the local used bookstore and pick up some books on mathematical modeling/soft computer/fuzzy logic.

I like using the throttle whenever Im going somewhere and theres nothing happeneing (ie. defending a bomber, con, miner when nothings attacking it). However, Im trying to get away from using the throttle when there is stuff going on (ie. being shot at). My movement controls are:

w, a, s, d ...
