I had the same problem. Same code and all. TE answered:

On my side or in between. This seems to have resolved itself though, when my IP was changed.
My public IP is renewed by my ISP about twice a week and this makes more troubleshooting for the cause of the problem a bit hard. Thank you both for giving it some of your time.

It could be done with three ppl and photoshop. one is in a fighter(or any ship really) for reference. One takes pictures and the third pilots various ...
