it keeps crashing during the game and it says Allegiance exited with code: -529697949 in the crash log.

I had the same problem. Same code and all. TE answered:

Other than "Something bad happened" there's no way to tell what happened without debugging the source directly and reproducing what happened in game to cause it so you can trap the error and investigate its cause.

...I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that you were playing in a game where Technoflux was used...

As i remember it, both times i was playing TF, I thnk it may have been a Light int or a Fig I was in at the time.

TF is still cause for crashes. So far we don't know why it happens.
