Any way to lower the ranking?

I was playing a game, which was won, after i returned to the team choosing menu, i suddenly got out of allegiance, when i tried to re-login, the message, Accoutn temorary diabled. 1440 minutes remaining.

Why cant i enter the game again?

Still cant connect to lobby.

Should i have both TCP and UDP or only TCP/UDP?

Ive tried forwarding the ports of computers with TCP and UDP, but still, nothing.

Should i forward the ports on my computer or the host computer (im connected to the internet with LAN cable).

Ive checked the ports with the tool if they were open, and they either say there closed, or that theres a connection timeout whilst checking the ports.

Ive tried to forward the ports 2300 and 2301 TCP and UDP, and with DXport port range 2300 to 2301, and tried to forward ports 80 TCP and UDP, but still nothing.
