Assistant Squadron Leaders and Squadron Leaders have the power of managing their squad rosters. This is done through an ad-hoc web interface available here. This also applies when managing squad-like entities like Cadet or ACS.

Q. How do I add and remove members to my squad?
A. Login with this webpage. If you are the SL or ASL for your squadron you can add or remove members from your squad by using the box on the right hand.
Q. Can I add or remove ASL's or SL's?
A. Sure, but their token must have been removed first. To do this, post a request in the Administrative Requests forum. Once their token is removed you may add or remove them from your roster.
Q. Is the system case sensitive?
A. No.
Q. I know I am entering the nick correctly, but I can't add the player to my squad. What is wrong?
A. The most common issue is they are listed in ASGS currently with another squad.

Note Squad-like organisations

Cadet (@CDT/@CDT-A) and ACS are implemented as a squad within ASGS. This usually means they are still listed with another squad or in the Cadet program and cannot thus be added to a squad's roster.

More notable squad-like organisation are @Alleg, @Events, @Help and (coming soon) @AFS; in these cases, the issue is worked around through nick variations.

This section is a stub You can help by improving it!

The same web page that lets ASLs and SLs manage rosters also allows them to send ASGS messages to their squad. Two fields are available: Message and Date.
