This is an odd issue so I have a video of it just in case my description doesn't do it justice.

When I try to click on anything in the lobby or in-base, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. If I click on a team in the lobby, I automatically join it: no need to double-click or click "join team" and in fact, I can't even look at who's on the team before I join it. If you've ever played an emulated game at like, 1000% normal speed, it feels a lot like that. It used to be sporadic but now it's happening all the time and I'm hoping you guys can have a solution because it is just downright unpleasant to try and pick a ship, let alone a loadout, let alone launch.

Most likely culprit is your mouse where the mouse button will double click, best way to confirm is just try and use another mouse.

This can be fixed http://www.instructables.com/id/Repair-mou...oblem/?ALLSTEPS

Or you can just get a new mouse.

There are some software solutions as well but it is a hardware problem unless mouse settings have been changed by something else.

I vaguely remember having this problem, but I can't remember what the solution was. Trying a different mouse is probably the first step, but if that doesn't work I'd try re-installing alleg.

It only happens in the lobby of Allegiance and inbase. Everywhere else is fine.

I was having the same issue a month or so ago but after a BackTrak update it stopped.
I was thinking it was caused by a bad internet connection or corrupted file.
No idea why it started happening and no idea why it stopped.

I have the same problem from time to time.
Have to restart the PC.

Thanks Dusan! Restarting worked. Can't fathom why but then again, that's tech support in a nutshell, right? "Turn it off and on." "What did that do?" "Fixed the problem, duh."
