Due to some config changes I made last night to the server, key assemblies began to be generated with .Net 4.0 instead of 2.0 which caused the launcher to fail. This change has been rolled back, and the launcher is back online. I'm trying to get the launcher-free beta to share the same server for authentication, and that's proving to be tricky.

PM me in case of any issues, sorry for the outage.
