seems convincing but still doesn't necessarily prove it's israeli. there could be other armies out there that use red boots. and as for that license plate... i believe israeli plates have a dash between the 2nd and 3rd digit, so that's a point against your case

its a palestinian green license plate, they have seperate license plates.
I'm quite certain these are Israeli soldiers due to weapons/boots/ranks for non officer on the arms, and officer ranks on the shoulder.

Also as for the article, these shoes rock.
