Cannot use my main Callsign

So as many of you know, Terran is my real and original callsign. seems i am unable to log into the game with it. i've been too lazy to solve this issue up til now, but now that i am supposed to help run a squad, i kinda need my original name back :P

edit: oh btw, long ago i decided to give up on that one and created another C/S, which i have never been able to log in with either, so i never used it. so technically, i have 3 already: ubernoob, roof, and that one (i would rather keep it secret so i can create it at a later time :P ) but since i cannot use it, i would love to delete that one and get Terran back. ...hope this makes sense :P

You can't use it, because you have two linked logins(accounts).

There is a login terran (1 callsign) and another one with three callsigns.

I can merge them, but you'll loose one of your the callsigns.

sure, that sounds good, please do merge them and lose the newest C/S as mentioned in the above post (that i prefer not to disclose to the public at this time)
