To save me and others heartache in chasing down problems that are not related to our internet connections, Antivirus programs or windows updates, if ACSS needs to go down for any reason known, can you let us know?

ACSS was just down for about 15 mins and considering other issues I have had, it really confused the hell out of me

I can't confirm there was a downtime in the past hour...

I've checked the logs and there was constant HTTP/HTTPS traffic (ACSS).

Lobby didn't went down (Event log, Mach3 eventlog).

The only cause for this could be a network problem between you and the ACSS server in the other direction.

If you wanna know it's a local problem with your connection or a general problem, you should use a tool like this:
http://cloudmonitor.ca.com/en/ping.php?var...&ping=Start

EDIT:

Just looked into the log files and I can confirm there was no communication:

Vortog:
21:42 - 21:51 UTC
21:56 - 22:01 UTC
22:02 - 22:06 UTC

Raven_42:
21:38 - 22:00 UTC

There were other users connected to the server, having no problems. Sounds like a regular network/routing problem between your PCs and the ACSS server.

The best thing to do when there is an ACSS problem is to send BackTrak a PM since he is the main admin and he deals with the issues pretty quickly.

I just checked it, I see TA and one other on right now. There hasn't been any ACSS changes since 5/1, so its unlikely to be software. Vort, could you try what PKK had above, and see if it's network related?

You should tracert to the ACSS server and see where it bugs out (intermediate node might be the cause for PL on login)
