Network option problem perhaps?

So in the last few days, something seems off about the laghop I see in game, I have fine pings (this is even on Mach for me), and no packet loss, yet the lag hops are fairly constant, like theres some update issue. I notice that the bandwidth options are not longer in the menu, and was wondering if they got stuck on some bad default. In F9 view (behind your ship) I can watch my own trail, and it seems to only update maybe twice per second.
