Guaranteed message could not be delivered

Hi, since yesterday I am not able to join lobby... when I click on CURRENT GAME LISTING it is logging and gives this message: Guaranteed message could not be delivered or Error: 'Failed to connect to lobby'. I saw someone posted something similar yesterday. If you know any solution, pls help asap, I would like to join a game today. I looked at troubleshooting but it didn't help much... It's like do this and that but HOW?? Not really helpful help for non programmers. I am trying to uninstal antivirus right now...

hmm.... antivir uninst. didn't work... I guess @Sat will be without vanca2 today... sorry

Yeah I did check that already, but it's my provider. He might be disabling some services to us sometimes or it's automatic. But since I am mostly somewhere else than at home it's not worth to change provider. Have fun.
