So CSS and planet love crashing, but despite Mach being worse ping for me, seems stable.

What is mach doing that CSS and Planet are not?

Maybe we can share the server smarts so we dont lose momentum with our smaller games?

Mach3: Running fixed server version, based on trunk without any debug code, compiled by myself on Nov 8th.
CSS: Running fixed? server version, which includes some debug code, compiled by BT.
Planet2: Running bugged server version, which includes some debug code, compiled by BT in May. I've sent an email to aarm to update his server with my latest compiled version.

So about 6 months to get it installed on planet then.
Unless you know aarms secret email address that he actually checks.

TBH. You're better off posting a comment on his steam account.

BUMP

BT ... Any chance of collaborating with PKK to stabilise the server a wee bit more? We had a great Dreg gunship vs Giga Lxy figs game yesterday that crashed just when it was becoming two way carnage. CSS is starting to get synonymous with Coitus Interruptus and I am not a fan of getting off at the early station :P

I'm pretty sure CSS still has the old turret bug. I just crashed it couple of days ago moving my turreted bomber into another sector.

So, until BT confirms replacement I would stay off of CSS and Planet. Slayer is stable, but you need to be running the beta.

Hi spunky,

Do you have a current stable build, or is there a version number I should get and compile?
