- how to xnan
- how to use the bbr as your shield

WHEN CAN I ATTEND?
as with past weekly trainings, these are conducted in the evenings PST, typically well after "prime time". for a more accurate reading of when i am online, type in "fwiffo" in the text box here and hit submit. you have three chances to attend: tonight, tomorrow night and the night after that.
also, in case you are not able to attend my typical training hours, the AFS instructors below are fully certified to instruct you on all the topics above and answer any other questions you may have on the subject.
* keep in mind that these schedules are not "set in stone" these are just the likely times that we will be online and available to train you
thealaskan - duration:3hrs - starting at 02:00:00 UTC (or look at your local time here)
bersuit - duration: 1hr - starting at 20:00:00 UTC (or look at your local time here)
vogue - duration: 1hr before AND after squad games - squad game = 20:00:00 UTC (or look at your local time here)

this weeks afs training: bomb runs
we had an earlier than normal training on thursday.... had some benefits (more newbies were able to participate and more afs instructors were there to help out) and also some detriments... (group kinda got too big to handle and had to boot a few for not listening)
we'll stick with our regular schedule (later in the evening) from now on... less disruptions and more time for questions and smaller class size.
among the things we discovered was that when you take a fig for the purpose of nanning a bomb run (you are belters), dont use the default loadout. dont bring ammo, and dumbfires... instead just fill it up all with fuel so you can have lots to use for boosting around, orbiting the bbr. also, dropping the dumbfires makes your fig have less mass, giving you higher acceleration so you are more nimble and easier to dodge enemy fire. you might even consider dropping countermeasures as well if the enemy is primarily using ints.
keep an eye out for proxers. if you blindly follow the bbr, you are sure to get proxed by the scout who is AIMING for our bbr with their prox. instead sidethrust next to the bbr and fly around the prox if at all possible. if you see your buddies surrounded by prox... just crossnan them (and the bbr if needed).
post below if you have more questions or if you want to share what you learned. we're here to help.

Some people are like a Slinkie. They aren't good for anything but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
