So out of boredom or some random button spamming I typed "100" into chrome and it came out with a site to promote the "best" way to get up to being able to do 100 push ups in one go.
http://hundredpushups.com/
I decided to embark on the program as of last night, and am in Category "3". (normally I'd be in Category "4", but a school focused agenda has led me to become weaker)
Week 1 all right-hand column awayyyyyy.
100
I'm so much weaker now than ever (kids do that grr) but I'm Category 3, down from 5 where I was during army training
I decided to relive the days gone by in my new blog.

Remember, what I say is IMO always. If I say that something sucks, it actually means "I think it sucks" OK?

Except the big about dorjan being jelly, that's just spidey's ego.

There's a pull up program. The 25 one is in construction but the 50 one is in action.

It's not that hard to get to if you just try doing 20+ pushups when you wake up.
Pullups on the other hand are my bane!
Also lol at "having" to get medical clearance from your doctor, it pains me how many products/programs just say ask your doctor as if that assuages them from responsibility from giving suitable warnings/guidance and that doctors are experts on all these products/programs.

You dont have to be in great shape to be in category 5. I'm kinda chubby but i can do a solid 45-48 pushups in under a minute. Situps are my forte', i can do 55-60 in under a minute.
Running is where i fail bad, my average 1.5 mile run sits around the 10:45-11:15 range. My January PT numbers were like 45 pushups, 55 situps, and a run time of like 10:58. I could probably could have eked out a few more pushups/situps but i try to save my energy for the run.
